My ex-students invited me to see Cherry blossom viewing that is called Hanami in Kyoto Japan yesterday. I had a good time. cherry trees are in full bloom from late March through to early April. Cherry blossom viewing or Hanami is like an outside party under the cherry blossoms. People spread out a mat under the trees and enjoy drinking and eating while appreciating the beauty of the flowers.Cherry blossom viewing has been a favorite annual event for the Japanese since the 9th century. The popular viewing spots are crowded with people who appreciate blossoms during blossom season throughout the country.
