Japanese shrine with big power

I love to going the Japanese shrine in KYOTO.

When international tourists and people who is living in Japan come to Kyoto, they go to the shrine of FUSHIMI INARI, which is very famous.

FUSHIMI INARI is why that is famous because there are around 1000Torii-gates have lined up in FUSHIMI INARI.

Torii-gate is a gateway of a shrine and passing the gateway means that you are entering the divine space.

By the way, I love going to the MIKANE shrine in Kyoto.

Because MIKANE means the money in Japanese, so people who have their own company or bought a lottery go there.

I am going there once a month and every 1st of the month in the morning.

Many people have a line to come in the 1st of the month.

When you pass through the Torii-gate, you can see the place that is like a sink to wash hands that are called TEMIZUYA in Japanese.

How to wash your hands here.

First, take the ladle with your right hand, fill it with the running water and pour it over your left hand and wash your left hand.

Second, take the ladle with your left hand, fill it with the water, and pour it over your right hand.

Third, take the ladle with your right hand, fill it with the running water and put water on your left hand and contain it in the mouth and wash in your mouth.

Finally, take the ladle with your right hand, fill it with the running water and pour it over your left hand and wash your left hand again.

That is what you have to do in any shrines, but you can do another special thing in only MIKANE shine.

That is to wash money. and money which is washed here is going to have much power.
